Where is the Experience located?

The Experience takes place on the first floor of Planet Ice Bristol, Merlin Road, Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, BS10 7SR.

Can I park for free?

Yes, parking is free and located right outside the venue.

Is there lift access?

Yes, lift access is available.

How long does the show last?

The main show lasts around one hour. You're welcome to stay longer to enjoy food, drinks, and our gift shop.

Can I bring children under 4?

Absolutely, guests of all ages are welcome! The show is designed for children and adults, the younger children are welcome to walk around and interact with each experience. Buggy storage is available on-site.

Is the Virtual Reality experience included in the ticket price?

Yes the VR experience is included.

Is food and drink available?

Yes, we offer a variety of hot and cold food and drinks, including ice creams and fun themed treats.

Can I book children’s parties?

Yes! We have a dedicated interactive party room that can accommodate up to 10 children & 4 adults. You will be able to book birthday parties online very soon.

Can I book for large groups?

Yes, we welcome group bookings for up to 20 people at a time.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

All tickets must be purchased online, before your arrival.

Is there a shop with Planet Wildlife merchandise and gifts?

Yes! Our shop is packed with wildlife-themed gifts, including souvenirs and the option to purchase a photo from your visit.

Do you offer Blue Light Card or student discount?

We do not currently offer Blue Light Card or student discounts.

Can pregnant people go on the VR ride?

Due to the nature of the activity, it is not recommended that pregnant women participate in VR Rides.

Can people with epilepsy go on the VR ride?

Due to the nature of the activity, it is not recommended that people with epilepsy participate in VR Rides.
